Former classmate, Lois (Snowberger) Knott, passed away on Monday afternoon (01/09/2012) in Waynesboro Hospital ER. Per information from Bev (Fridinger) Gates, she either had a heart attack and then stroke, or stroke and then heart attack. We knew she had some heart problems, but when we talked to her last, she seemed to be doing pretty well. They were going to try to make the last breakfast, but turned out they couldn't. Hope to see all of you locals or any classmate who will be in the area at the next breakfast on the 28th - 9:00 at Savoy Restaurant on N. Church St. Extended. Let's all enjoy getting together as often as possible, as we have lost three classmates and former classmates since our October breakfast - Sam Shafer, Charlie Shaffer, and now Lois (Snowberger) Knott. This is not a good trend. We enjoy hearing from all of you, and don't forget to send pictures to be added to the website. We have some pictures from "the good old days", as well as from current activities/trips by classmates. Planning on having a few of our grade school class pictures added in the near future.
